Who owns the copyright to the bespoke designs?

Copyright of all design work is retained by Evans Textiles (Sales) Ltd including text, concepts, proofs and illustrations unless specifically released in writing.

By supplying text, images and/or other data to Evans Textiles (sales) Ltd for design and print reproduction, the client declares that they hold the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the client.


How do I request fabric swatches?

It's simple, from our collections simply add your free swatches to your basket and checkout. Once you send your request, we'll process your request within 24hours. This services is free of charge. Once you begin your bespoke fabric design we'll send these out for your approval in as many fabrics as you wish. The request is subject to our terms and conditions which you can find here.


Do you have customer service?

What are the requirements on flame retardant fabrics?

You can find all the information you need on our specific fabrics here. For further reading on flame retardant fabrics click here. Bespoke by Evans retains fabric certificates for flame retardancy which are available on request.


Can I see the fabrics and print quality before committing?

Absolutely! We're happy to visit your premises or you can come to see us - whatever is easier for you. Simply complete an appointment form here.


Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes - but unlike other suppliers we don't commit our customers to bulk orders. 10 metres per colourway/design is our minimum but we can also produce as much fabric as your project requires. The more fabric you order the more competitive the pricing.
